This Campaign Is About Justice, Not Politics

David Pascoe is running for Attorney General to make South Carolina the safest and least corrupt state in the country. He’s not in it for power or headlines — he’s in it to clean up the mess the politicians won’t touch.

This is a mission.

A mission to protect children. To crush corruption. And to go to war against violent crime.

Because when David Pascoe makes a promise, he keeps it.

The plan

1. Cut Violent Crime in Half

Goal: Reduce violent crime in South Carolina by 50%
  • Target repeat violent offenders like domestic terrorists
  • Partner with local law enforcement to eliminate case backlogs
  • Invest in tech that actually solves crimes
  • Attack the fentanyl pipeline and stop drug traffickers
  • Crack down on illegal immigration that contributes to crime
  • Back law enforcement and deliver real consequences for violence

2. Protect South Carolina’s Children

Goal: Zero violent crimes against children
  • Pass legislation to raise “homicide by child abuse” from age 10 to 17
  • Pursue the death penalty for child rapists and child traffickers
  • Call out and pressure the insiders blocking child protection bills
  • Take predators off the street—permanently
  • Drastically increase conviction rate of child pornography cases

3. End Public Corruption for Good

Goal: Zero public corruption in state and local government
  • Fire every lawyer-legislator on litigation retention agreements (State Contracts) and remove lawyer-legislators from insurance reserve lists
  • Reform the Judicial Merit Selection Committee—end judges being picked by legislators who appear before them
  • Eliminate legislator protection agreements from all IRF law firms
  • Finish the State House corruption probe—no matter where it leads
  • “Politicians don’t fear politicians. They fear prosecutors.”

4. Stop Crime Before It Starts

Goal: End violent crime before it starts
  • Rebuild proven youth intervention and church-based mentorship programs
  • Prosecute violent juveniles as adults when necessary
  • Focus on preventing first offenses—not just punishing after the fact

5. Fight Federal Government Overreach

Goal: Stop Washington from forcing liberal mandates on South Carolina
  • Challenge unconstitutional federal mandates that harm South Carolina businesses, workers and families
  • Defend employers and workers from illegal DEI, ESG and climate mandates imposed without congressional approval
  • Block federal efforts to inject woke ideology into South Carolina schools through funding threats or regulation
  • Push back against federal immigration policies that increase crime, flood communities with fentanyl and strain public resources
  • Defend the separation of powers by stopping federal agencies from legislating through regulation
  • Ensure South Carolina is governed by its Constitution and its people, not unelected bureaucrats in Washington
